Flavour: Flavourful and velvety with a delicate hint of almonds.
Suggested pairings: Considered an aperitif, it is served in many bars in Veneto and Friuli. Also popular as wine to drink throughout the meal, especially with Italian starters, soup and pasta, pairs well with seafood and soft cheeses.
Suggested Serving: Temperature: 10-12 °C.

Description

Wine made from grapes crushed and softly pressed and then fermented
at controlled temperature (16-18 °C) for 10-15 days. Racking and
decanting are followed by maturation in steel tanks on lees that are
periodically stirred.
