It’s main point of distinction is due to a perfect maceration of the highest quality coffee with grape marc spirit from our winery. Following the secret recipe of our master liqueur maker, this maceration takes approximately 30 days. To complement the final product, it’s mixed with 100% natural brown cane sugar, no glucose or artificial ingredients. This is the final phase that is critical to balance the nuances of coffee, sweetness and creaminess of liqueurs made with sugar.
