Description

Wine made from fully ripe grapes grown in vineyards exposed to the sun. The grapes undergo soft pressing and then maceration on the skins for 10-15 days in order to extract colour and aromas. After first fermentation the wine is transferred to steel tanks to mature and complete malolactic fermentation to achieve the best balance and maximum aromatic finesse.
